US IT Technical Recruiter

We are looking for experienced and self-motivated US IT Technical Recruiters to join our team on a freelance/incentive basis. This is a purely incentive-based role to start with and there is no fixed salary initially. However, recruiters who successfully place at least two candidates per month will be offered a full-time remote position with a fixed salary.

We are looking for professionals who can work independently, without constant supervision, and have a strong understanding of sourcing, screening, negotiating, and submitting candidates to vendors or clients. Only hardworking and confident individuals who are willing to put in the effort to succeed should apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and qualify candidates for US IT positions using job portals, social media, and networking.

Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and suitability for job openings.

Negotiate compensation and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.

Submit qualified candidates to vendors or direct clients and coordinate interview schedules.

Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

Stay updated with the latest trends in US IT staffing and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

Mandatory experience in US IT recruitment, with a strong understanding of sourcing and screening techniques.

Knowledge of US work authorization types (W2, C2C, 1099) and experience handling OPT, H1B, GC, and US citizen candidates.

Ability to work independently without hand-holding and deliver results.

Strong negotiation and communication skills with a professional approach.

Experience with ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.

Candidates from Ghaziabad are preferred.
