Are you passionate about building data-driven products that drive real impact? We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our United Analytics Platform team. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead product strategy, translate complex business requirements into actionable plans, and deliver innovative enterprise analytics solutions. You will work closely with engineering, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align on vision, value, and delivery.
Translate customer needs into detailed requirements through data-driven analysis and stakeholder engagement.
Drive product lifecycle from discovery to delivery using Agile frameworks.
Define and track OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to measure product success.
Lead end-to-end product planning including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and roadmap development.
Collaborate with engineers and architects to define technical solutions and data flow diagrams.
Facilitate alignment between product strategy and execution through effective communication and stakeholder management.
Manage project risks, resource constraints, and dependencies.
Foster a product mindset and champion customer feedback loops across teams.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and ensure timely delivery.
Contribute to continuous process improvement and product innovation.
Own budgeting awareness and raise flags on deviations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of total experience, with at least 3+ years in product management or ownership.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Lean Product practices.
Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and execution.
Proven ability to use analytics, customer feedback, and OKRs to prioritize and guide decision-making.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Experience using tools like Asana, Aha!, Rally, or GitHub.
Familiarity with architecture principles, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
Experience in integration testing and automation best practices.
Product Owner Certification (CSPO or equivalent) is a plus.
Ability to mentor teams and lead with a product-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
Remote Work Flexibility: Mostly remote, with 1–2 days/month onsite at any client office loc.
