We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Lead to join our team and play a critical role in leading complex technical projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities Lead the design development, and deployment of scalable enterprise applications. Manage end-to-end project execution including planning, resource management, and risk mitigation. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, testers, and DevOps. Review code, provide mentorship, and ensure adherence to best practices in software development. Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues. Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Contribute to technical strategy, architecture decisions, and innovation initiatives Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 13 years of hands-on experience in software development and architecture. Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex software projects. Expertise in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, or relevant tech stack). Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills Nice to Have: Experience in the FinTech, HealthTech, or eCommerce domains. Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Compensation: ₹2.00 to ₹2.20 Lakh per Month (LPM) + GST Based on experience and performance. Show more Show less
