Senior Technical Lead

As a software architect in our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable software solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and actively contributing to the architecture, design, and implementation of software and system solutions. - Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure quality outcomes. - Guiding and mentoring junior developers to foster innovation and continuous improvement. - Conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices in software design, coding, testing, and deployment. - Troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges across platforms and services. - Staying updated on emerging technologies and providing insights on potential adoption and implementation. - Ensuring that solutions comply with industry standards and align with business goals. - Working independently and taking full ownership of assigned projects. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. - 4-6 years of experience in software development and technical leadership. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Expertise in SQL & Database Architecture, Power Platform, Python Programming, Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and Basic AI/ML Concepts and Tools. Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automation tools, Agile methodologies, security best practices, system design, scalable architecture, technical documentation, stakeholder communication, leading technical teams, delivering complex software projects, and API development & integration.
