JOB TITLE: Senior Technical Consultant

JOB SUMMARY:

A Senior Technical Consultant at Argano is an experienced technical professional responsible for mid to large scale software development tasks as part of client projects. They are responsible for delivering quality work independently on mid-size to large client projects. They work as part of a team and participate in code reviews under the direction of more experienced consultants on larger workstreams. They have demonstrated their ability to work with high quality on substantial project tasks independently. This position is responsible for the identification of features, design, development, unit testing, and validation support of applications, processes, and solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Defines mid to large size client needs and develops a plan and proposal for delivery of the project
• Works on problems of diverse scope and manage software development projects from conception to delivery.
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring coding standards and best practices are followed.
• Optimize and maintain existing systems, identifying areas for improvement.
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance development processes.
• Design and implement solutions, gather, and analyze requirements with business owner and organize discussion and infrastructure requirement analysis to meet the defined business criteria.
• Writing documents and providing technical training knowledge transfer.
• Guiding and mentoring other consultants on design and implementation patterns best practices

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION :

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field .
• Relevant coursework or certifications in programming or software development.

EXPERIENCE :

• Atleast 2 years of Technical Consultant experience or in related field.
• Should have proficiency in Power BI and designed/developed dashboards for different stakeholders
• Knowledge of relevant technologies and systems.
• Previous work experience with programming, coding or and software development.
• Experience developing technical solutions leveraging version control and adherence to life cycle management best practices for code promotion.
• Experience in delivering technology solutions, web development experience working on X platform.
• Experience implementing full cycle projects, data, and site migration.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS ·

• Project Management: Knowledge of project management principles, including setting goals, timelines, and tracking progress.
• Communication : Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficient in English
• Intermediate Programming: Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, and the ability to work on complex projects.
• Software Architecture : General knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Problem-Solving : Problem-solving skills for tackling complex technical challenges and optimizing code.
• Performance Optimization: Skill in optimizing and maintaining existing systems for improved performance, scalability, and security.
• Technology Evaluation: Ability to evaluate and introduce new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance development processes.
