Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant to join our Dynamics 365 & PowerPlatform practice. You will play a key role in designing, extending, and delivering modern businessapplications built on Microsoft Dataverse, Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM), Model-Driven Apps, Power Apps,Power Automate, and Azure integration services.You'll work closely with solution architects, functional consultants, developers, and clientstakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, supportable solutions. You will alsoact as a trusted advisor to clients, helping shape solution direction and drive platform adoption.

Responsibilities:

Solution Delivery

• Design, configure, and extend Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform solutions across Customer
  

Service, Sales, Case/Workflow Management, and custom line-of-business scenarios.

• Build and enhance Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate flows, Power Pages,
  
  
  

and PCF controls where required.

• Implement Dataverse data models, business rules, security roles, environment strategies,
  
  
  

and ALM processes.

• Work with developers to deliver plug-ins, Azure Functions, logic apps, APIs, and integrations
