Job Title: Technical Analyst (JAVA) Experience: 8+ Years Location: Gurugram (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Analyst with a strong foundation in Java development , microservices , and modern cloud-native architecture . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Spring Boot , REST APIs , and distributed systems , along with a strong understanding of front-end frameworks and DevOps practices . A forward-thinking mindset with a willingness to adopt AI-assisted development tools is highly valued. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and design scalable backend services using Java (11+) , Spring Boot , and related technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Contribute to microservices architecture and ensure integration with APIs and external systems Implement and maintain solutions using JPA , Hibernate , MS-SQL , and PostgreSQL Develop and maintain frontend components using React or Angular , along with HTML , CSS3 , or Tailwind CSS Utilize CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) for automated build, test, and deployment workflows Work within cloud environments (preferably AWS; Azure/GCP acceptable) and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE) Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and implement Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns where applicable Collaborate with stakeholders to design, document, and support robust, secure, and maintainable systems AI Integration Responsibilities: Use AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot , OpenAI Codex , Gemini ) for code generation , unit testing , and documentation Explore and evaluate new AI-assisted development technologies and frameworks Collaborate with AI agents to optimize , refactor , and streamline code Contribute to integrating AI tools across the SDLC for enhanced productivity Required Skills: 8+ years of Java backend development (Java 11+) Strong experience with Spring Framework , Spring Boot , and REST APIs Expertise in microservices , event-driven architecture , and distributed systems Proficient with JPA , Hibernate , MS-SQL , PostgreSQL Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Git) Cloud exposure: AWS preferred; Azure/GCP also acceptable Frontend knowledge of React or Angular , HTML, CSS3/Tailwind Experience working with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE) Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills Show more Show less
