Senior Tax Analyst

Job Summary:

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

• Indirect Tax – North America
• Prepare Monthly/quarterly/annual compliance packages
• Monthly account reconciliations
• U.S Sales & Use Tax online filings
• Canadian GST/HST/QST reconciliations
• Accounts Payable Tax Payment EFT support
• Support maintenance of Material Master for taxability of service offerings
• Assist with periodic audits and nexus reviews/research
• US Income tax
• Support cash tax tracking and reporting procedures
• Support federal and state compliance and provision processes
• Running reports, refining data, preparing calculations, etc.
• International Income Tax
• Support tracking of global compliance filings and related data
• Identify and implement systems/process improvement
  

Education / Work Experience Requirements:

• U.S. Sales Tax Experience (minimum 5 years)
• Public accounting and/or Industry experience
• Master of Accountancy or MBA preferred
