Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist / Lead Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment:

    Manage the full recruitment cycle (JD creation, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and closing).
  • Sourcing & Headhunting:

    Actively source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, AngelList, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other regional/local portals.
  • Global Hiring:

    Recruit for roles across

    India, Indonesia, Nigeria, Romania, and the U.S.

  • Multi-Disciplinary Hiring:

    Manage hiring for both

    technical roles

    (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers) and

    non-technical roles

    (Marketing, Sales, Operations, HR).
  • Candidate Experience:

    Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate journey from first contact through onboarding.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to refine hiring strategies.
  • Mentorship (future scope):

    Provide guidance and training to junior recruiters when the team scales.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Stay updated on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies across geographies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Mandatory:

    Experience working and hiring for

    American/US Based companies

    in a

    remote-first setup

    .
  • Mandatory:

    Experience hiring in

    early-stage or growth-stage startups

    .
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in

    recruitment (tech + non-tech)

    across multiple regions (India, Indonesia, Nigeria, Romania, U.S.).
  • Strong knowledge of

    LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and Indian job portals

    (Naukri, iimjobs, AngelList, etc).
  • Proven experience in

    headhunting passive candidates

    and closing challenging roles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Bonus: Prior experience

    mentoring or guiding junior recruiters

    .
  • Strong written and spoken English;
