Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 6 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Proven track record of successfully filling positions with high-quality candidates. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
