Required Skills and Experience (Must-Haves)
● Minimum 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator, DevOps Engineer, or similar
role.
● Expert proficiency in AWS infrastructure management, provisioning, and troubleshooting
(EC2, VPC, S3, IAM are essential).
● Strong hands-on experience with both Linux and Windows operating systems and system
virtualization technologies.
● Solid knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Load Balancing).
● Proven experience with performance monitoring, log analysis, and incident response
within a production cloud environment.
● Experience in implementing and managing security best practices (least privilege access,
encryption).
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior System Administrator with a
minimum of 2 years of professional experience. The core focus of this role is the provisioning,
configuration, operation, and maintenance of our AWS cloud environment and supporting IT
systems.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who can ensure the stability, security, and
scalability of our infrastructure. This is a mandatory on-site position at our Vapi office.
1. ⦁ AWS Infrastructure Management: Deploy, configure, and manage core AWS services,
including EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, and Route 53.
2. ⦁ Server Administration: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux
(Ubuntu/RHEL) and Windows Server environments, both physical and cloud-based.
3. ⦁ Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain robust security protocols, including
firewall management (Security Groups/ACLs), access control lists, patching, and
vulnerability management across the infrastructure.
4. ⦁ Monitoring & Optimization: Set up and manage system monitoring, alerting, and logging
(e.g., CloudWatch, ELK stack, Prometheus) to proactively identify and resolve
performance bofllenecks and incidents.
5. ⦁ Networking: Manage corporate and cloud networking (VPC configuration, subnets,
routing tables, VPNs, and on-site Wi-Fi/LAN).
6. ⦁ Backup and Disaster Recovery (DR): Develop, document, and execute comprehensive
backup strategies and disaster recovery plans for mission-critical systems and data,
primarily within AWS.
7. ⦁ Scripting & Automation: Utilize scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell) and infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform or CloudFormation) to automate
routine administrative tasks and environment provisioning.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
