Send your application here ⤵️ CS Jobs - Senior System Administration Role : Senior System Administration Work Arrangement : Work from Home Location : India Schedule : Night shift Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Must be able to work between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm (US Pacific Standard Time) Monday through Friday during Office and Store’s business hours. Systems Administration & Support: Advanced Microsoft Azure Services and MS-AD. Support Azure File Services. Support Azure Virtual servers and Desktop (AVD). Create, manage, delete user accounts, assign permissions, and handle password resets. Maintain and Support O-365 including creating users’ mailbox and maintaining email flow and monitoring online services. Support and troubleshoot Nextiva Cloud phone system. Administrative support Ninja One RMM. Maintain and support Mimecast email security. Provide monthly report. Work closely with team members on technical Azure projects and initiatives to ensure seamless execution and delivery. Strong problem-solving, communication, and adaptability skills. Remote Technical Support: Provide remote assistance for IT tickets, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction. installing and configuring software and hardware, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, managing user accounts. Collaborate with users to understand their technical needs and deliver effective solutions. Azure Data Backup, Recovery and Azure Cloud Security Monitoring: Implement and maintain backup and recovery plans to ensure data integrity and protect against data loss in case of failures. Implement and maintain Azure Cloud Services security measures, intrusion detection systems, and access controls to protect systems from unauthorized access. Monitor Azure Cloud Services security and logs for any potential security. Generate security incident reports to ensure corrective action and resolution can be taken by Cybersecurity team and continue follow ups. Other Duties: Be able to support company stores in Southern & Northern Nevada, Utah and Idaho using remote access connections. Assist other members of the IT department to complete assignments, projects, to meet goals and objectives Perform other duties as instructed by reporting Manager Be able to provide weekly updates to the reporting Manager Qualification and requirements: Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert). Azure MFA support, maintenance and configuration Azure File Services certification Microsoft Active Directory Office 365 certification Ninja One MM Knowledge Nextiva Cloud phones administration Mimecast Email Services Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years’ solid hands-on experience in Azure Systems Administration and configuration is required. Strong knowledge of Cloud Phone administration. Strong knowledge of Mimecast email security. Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and incident reporting. Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong speaking English and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
