Send your application here ⤵️ CS Jobs - Senior SQL Developer Role : Senior SQL Developer Work Arrangement : Work from Home Location : India Schedule : Night shift Job Summary: We are seeking a Database Developer to be responsible for a leading real estate investment & management company based in San Francisco, CA (USA). Key Responsibilities: Understand business requirements and design a data model to transform raw data into meaningful insights. Build data transformations using SQL Server integration services (SSIS). Design and develop SQL Server stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views to be used during ETL process. Documentation of solutions (e.g. data models, configurations, and setup). Data warehouse development and working with SSIS and SSRS reporting. Convert business requirements into technical specifications and implement them through reports that support decision-making. Analyzing the current ETL process, defining and designing new systems Use Power BI (desired) and SSRS to create dashboards, interactive visual reports. Collaborate with users and team members at various levels for suggestions and improvement. Qualification and requirements (non-negotiable): Knowledge of Microsoft BI Stack Familiarity with Data Analysis 5+ years of experience in data-related roles Experience in BI tools and systems such as Power BI (desired), SSRS, etc. Competent in developing SSIS-based integrations with external data sources, via APIs (RESTful, SOAP, JSON, GraphQL, etc.) and CSV/flat file downloads. Familiarity with Salesforce data integration approaches is desired. Familiarity with Yardi is a plus.
