Send your application here ⤵️ CS Jobs - Admin Assistant/Research Analyst Role : Admin Assistant/Research Analyst Work Arrangement : Work from Home Location : India Schedule : Mid shift Key Responsibilities: Daily tasks to be carried out Administrative tasks and management General calendar and diary management including scheduling calls/meetings on behalf of CEO/Director Email looping to follow up with potential subscribers, partnerships, and general enquiries to make sure all CEO emails are followed up General data entry tasks using excel or other systems Maintaining of CRM excel system by populating the CRM system with details from email conversations in order to better understand the development of the client relationship Social media management (LinkedIn, IG, X, FB) This will include light graphic design and content creation work with a target of 1-2 posts per week on social platforms Interaction with followers and the platform by liking and commenting on posts and to appear "present" and stimulate follower growth and interactions LinkedIn Sales Navigator outreach using outreach templates or SOPs to target Machinery Sellers, Potential Partners and Machinery End Users Carry out research tasks such as competitor analysis, benchmarking of key players, pricing systems, features, etc. Qualification and requirements: Skillset Proficient in Excel and data management Strong organisation and administration skills to manage the CEO inbox and calendar Strong attention to detail Strong creative skills Colleague educated Excellent command of written and spoken English language Nice to have: Skills relating to graphic design and content creation Understanding of basic marketing concepts Previous experience working on B2B sales/marketing or internet company experience Proficient in Powerpoint Ability to harness AI tools and plug ins to streamline and optimise workflows Non-negotiable skills & requirements: Proficient in Excel and data management Strong organization and administration skills to manage the CEO inbox and calendar Strong attention to detail Strong creative skills Perks & Benefits: Comprehensive health and life insurance on your 16th day of employment, covering 1 free dependent on the 16th day of employment Flexible leave credits which may be used for vacation, emergency and sick leaves Quarterly perks boxes for WFH staff, offering groceries and snacks to keep you fueled Superb and exciting Mid-Year Parties – with items to give away and cash prizes!
