This position is focused on the support production/functional support of scheduling tools - Autosys and Autosys
Design, build, manage, upgrade and support the production applications.
Provide high quality, efficient functional support services to business users while adhering to support standards, as determined by support management.
Continuously and proactively improve support services where possible.
Managing changes to the support or configuration management tools.
Incident Management and reporting, in close conjunction with stakeholders & with the infrastructure teams (System, DB, Networks).
Identify service improvements and drive automation
