Job Title: Sr. Supply Chain Associate

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Mysore, KA

The Supply Chain Associate – International Shipping is responsible for managing global order fulfilment, export documentation, coordination with freight forwarders, and ensuring timely and compliant international shipments. This role supports smooth cross-border logistics, inventory updates, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Sr. Supply Chain Associate Responsibilities:

·      Coordinate international order processing from confirmation to final delivery.

·      Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and 3PLs for bookings and documentation.

·      Prepare and verify export documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, COO, etc.).

·      Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, incoterms, and customs requirements.

·      Track and update shipment status; proactively communicate delays or issues.

·      Collaborate with warehouse, finance, and sales teams to align on shipping schedules.

·      Maintain records of shipments, costs, and delivery timelines.

·      Assist in reconciling shipment data and supporting reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or related field.

·      4+ years of experience in international shipping or export logistics.

·      English and Chinese Language Proficiency.

·      Knowledge of export documentation, customs processes, and incoterms.

·      Proficient in Excel, shipment tracking tools, and ERP/logistics platforms.

·      Strong coordination and communication skills.

·      Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
