Senior Supply Chain Associate

As a Supply Chain Planner, this partner will assume various responsibilities which could include demand planning, item transitions and discontinuations, raw material replenishment and production planning.

What you ll do:

• To prepare the production planning for weekly and monthly production based upon the demand of finished goods
• Track production compliance on weekly basis
• Track ingredients and packaging material to ensure timely production and dispatch of all products
• Identify non-conforming ingredient, packaging & finished product placed on-hold pending decision for its disposition
• Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders for timely quality release and dispatch readiness
• Compile information regarding available and required production resources, in order to meet current and future demand
• Communicate with customers and business team on production plan
• Participate in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning and analytics

What you need to succeed:

• Any Bachelor s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Customer Service, Finance and Supply Chain Management
• Ability to identify and resolve issues/opportunities
• Must have a proven track record of demonstrating technically based analysis skills, including excel and access
• Must have strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and team player
• Effective planning and organization/work management skills
