Senior Supply Chain Associate

You will be responsible for managing routine shipping and distribution operations on a day-to-day basis. Your primary role will involve developing and implementing strategies to optimize the supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. As a successful Shipping Manager, you must coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure a reliable and efficient flow of items. You should possess a strong understanding of cost-benefit analysis and be able to monitor inventory levels effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as sales, operations, and finance, will be essential to align supply chain activities with business objectives. You will also be required to implement procurement strategies that minimize costs while ensuring the availability of items. Your duties will include supporting inventory management, optimizing transportation routes, processing customer orders, and identifying fraud activity. Tracking and analyzing logistics metrics to identify areas for improvement and presenting findings to management will be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree in B.Com, B.B.A, or I.B. Procurement experience would be a plus, along with familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards. Strong data analytics skills, proficiency in inventory management systems, and excellent communication skills are essential for this position.
