Role & responsibilities

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To Manage Daily Purchase Activities i.e. Vendor Development and Registration, PR to PO

Processing, Daily Coordination with Vendors, to maintain lead time of PO conversion, creating

and maintaining procedure related to purchasing function etc.

• Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost & quality so as to obtain maximum benefit for

Company

• Place Orders and Monitoring Delivery dates
• Invoices Coordinated with vendors to ensure accuracy of invoices and efficiency of invoicing

process.

• Check purchase order (PO) number before processing of invoices.
• Keep a track of slow approvals.
• Managing the relationship with vendors
• End to end responsibility of invoice processing from receipt till payment
• Review and validate essential invoice details such as supplier details,bank account,invoice

number,invoice date etc.

• Resolve internal and external queries via effective collaboration with various stakeholders

Perform payment runs and month-end close activities on time

• Support team members in the day-to-day operation whenever required
• Reviewed and verified financial documents including purchase order,proof of delivery,and

ensuring organization and authorization

• Assisting with past due or denied invoices
• Place investigative phone calls when there are questionable aspects of the invoice
• Defining invoicing data types and maintaining databases
• Verifying tax information
