Senior Structural Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

·      Design and analyze structural systems for buildings, and other structures using appropriate software.

·      Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and specifications for projects.

·      Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.

·      Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver effective structural solutions.

·      Provide technical advice and support during the construction phase.

·      Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

·      Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.

·      Manage and review designs to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Civil from a reputed Institute or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).

·      7 to 10 years of experience in structural design and analysis.

·      Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and STAAD.Pro or similar tools.

·      Strong understanding of building codes and standards (e.g., ACI, Eurocodes, BS, IS).

·      Excellent knowledge of MS Office

·      Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

·      Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

·      Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English.

·      A professional engineering license (or in the process of obtaining one) is a plus.

·      Experience with BIM software such as Revit is an advantage.

Experience in the following project types is required:

·        Industrial facilities

·        Multistorey residential and commercial buildings

·        Hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, restaurants)
