The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and managing urban development projects. Excellent English communication skills and the ability to present projects effectively are essential. Responsibilities : Design and Planning: Develop innovative and functional architectural designs for urban projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project requirements and client expectations. Prepare detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications. Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept to completion. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project execution. Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints. Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions. Present project proposals, designs, and progress reports to clients and stakeholders. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs and projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in urban architecture. Team Collaboration: Mentor and guide junior architects and drafters. Participate in team meetings and provide constructive feedback. RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Professional certification or license (if applicable). Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in urban architecture. Proven track record of successful project management and design. Skills: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
