Duties and Responsibilities: Develop the detailed master construction schedule (Level 4/5) using planning software like MS Project . Prepare the baseline schedule and get it approved by the client and management. Monitor and update the project schedule on a daily and weekly basis by collecting progress data from the site execution team. Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, including S-curves, critical path analysis, and look-ahead schedules. Analyse deviations from the baseline schedule and identify the causes for any delays. Assist in preparing delay analysis and Extension of Time (EOT) claims. Prepare resource histograms (manpower and machinery) and monitor their deployment against the plan. Coordinate with all departments, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure their schedules are integrated into the master plan. Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct inspections of incoming materials to ensure they meet project specifications. Carry out stage-wise inspections of works as per the approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). Prepare and raise Inspection Requests (IRs) to the relevant parties for witness and approval. Maintain comprehensive quality records, including inspection reports, test results, and checklists. Coordinate with third-party laboratories for material testing and review the results.
