Your responsibilities will include: - Maintain proper inventory levels and organize regular stock checks to avoid shortages or overstocking. - Implement and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in operations. In terms of Sales and Revenue Growth, you will be expected to: - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by senior management. - Analyze sales trends and suggest strategies to increase in-store sales (e.g., upselling premium products). - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as daily footfall, conversion rates, and average transaction value. - Promote and execute store-level schemes and offers designed by the marketing team to boost sales. For Customer Experience, you will: - Ensure customers receive a personalized and seamless shopping experience. - Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses based on their preferences, face shapes, and lifestyle needs. - Handle escalated customer complaints or issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. - Gather and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements to senior management.
