Job Description

As a Senior Store Manager at SpecsRay, located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily store operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, managing staff, controlling inventory, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. With 10-15 years of experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service in the Optical Industry, strong communication skills, proficiency in Store Management, and leadership abilities, you will excel in this dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Maintain proper inventory levels and organize regular stock checks to avoid shortages or overstocking. - Implement and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in operations. In terms of Sales and Revenue Growth, you will be expected to: - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by senior management. - Analyze sales trends and suggest strategies to increase in-store sales (e.g., upselling premium products). - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as daily footfall, conversion rates, and average transaction value. - Promote and execute store-level schemes and offers designed by the marketing team to boost sales. For Customer Experience, you will: - Ensure customers receive a personalized and seamless shopping experience. - Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses based on their preferences, face shapes, and lifestyle needs. - Handle escalated customer complaints or issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. - Gather and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements to senior management. Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Verifying invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts for accuracy. - Addressing any disputes or issues with vendors to ensure smooth operations. Returns Management will also fall under your purview, including: - Overseeing the handling of returns and exchanges for defective or unwanted products. - Coordinating with vendors to manage defective product returns and replacements. - Maintaining accurate records of returns and ensuring compliance with company policies. In Team Management, you will: - Train and supervise store employees, including sales associates and optometrists. - Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and motivate the team to meet their targets. - Foster a positive work environment that aligns with SpecsRay's customer-centric culture. Your work timings will be from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, making you a vital part of the SpecsRay team in Noida.,
