Job Description

Role Overview: As an experienced HR Generalist with 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, your role will involve managing various HR functions to ensure a positive workplace culture and compliance with labor laws and company objectives. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding processes, implement and manage HR policies and procedures, provide guidance to employees on HR-related issues, administer compensation and benefits programs, conduct performance evaluations, and partner with leadership to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives. Additionally, you will maintain accurate HR records, facilitate training programs, handle employee grievances, ensure compliance with employment laws, and lead initiatives for employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion by utilizing HR software and tools to streamline processes and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding processes. - Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures to align with company goals. - Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues such as performance management and conflict resolution. - Administering compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity. - Conducting performance evaluations, implementing improvement plans, and supporting employee career development. - Partnering with leadership to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives. - Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. - Facilitating training and development programs to enhance employee engagement and productivity. - Handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions fairly and consistently. - Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, including labor laws. - Leading initiatives for employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion. - Utilizing HR software and tools to streamline processes and reporting. Qualifications & Skills: - Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 8-10 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Generalist or similar position. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and recruitment. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,
