Key Responsibilities -
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Identify client needs and propose tailored consulting solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, presentations, and discussions to align stakeholders on project goals.
Project Leadership
- Lead end-to-end consulting projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality outcomes.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and risks, taking corrective actions when necessary.
Strategic Analysis and Problem Solving
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client businesses, including market research, financial modeling, and operational assessments.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, growth, or innovation.
- Develop actionable recommendations and implementation plans.
Team Management
- Supervise and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and career development support.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Allocate resources effectively across projects to maximize efficiency and impact.
Thought Leadership and Business Development
- Contribute to the firm’s thought leadership by developing insights, white papers, or industry reports.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including proposal development and client pitches.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Experience –
- 5–8 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or related roles.
- Proven track record of leading consulting projects and managing client relationships.
- Industry-specific experience (e.g., technology, healthcare, financial services) is a plus.
