Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Tester with strong expertise in both manual and automation testing to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze requirements and prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
Perform manual testing including functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
Execute automation test suites and analyze test results.
Identify, log, track, and verify defects using bug-tracking tools.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices.
Participate in release testing and provide quality sign-off.
Mentor junior testers and support QA process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of experience in software testing.
Strong hands-on experience in manual testing and automation frameworks.
Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and performance testing.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in SaaS or web applications.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
Exposure to performance and security testing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
