Job Description

We are seeking a UI/UX Eng with expertise in Angular, React, and modern web technologies to take ownership of frontend architecture, user experience design, and UI performance. This role requires, strong UI/UX expertise, and the ability to mentor developers while ensuring a seamless, user-friendly, and highly scalable frontend experience.

Responsibilities:

UI/UX & Frontend Architecture:

design and development of scalable, high-performing UI components and applications.
Define and enforce best practices in frontend architecture, state management, and design systems.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and responsiveness across all platforms.

UX Strategy & Optimization:

Work closely with designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional UI components.
Conduct UX research, usability testing, and accessibility audits.
Optimize UI performance by reducing load times and improving interactivity.

API Integration & Web Technologies:

Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets to enhance frontend functionality.
Develop and maintain reusable UI components and design system guidelines.
Ensure frontend security best practices are followed in development.

Testing, CI/CD, & Deployment:

Implement frontend testing strategies using Jest, Cypress, and React Testing Library.
Automate CI/CD pipelines for seamless frontend deployment using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
Debug and resolve UI-related performance and functional issues proactively.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with backend engineers, product designers, and QA teams to align UI/UX with backend APIs and business logic.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing for UI best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Web Development, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in frontend development, including UI/UX design and optimization.
Proven expertise in Angular, React, Vue.js, or other modern frontend frameworks.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and component-driven UI design.
Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and frontend state management techniques.
Experience in Agile development, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices for frontend.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
