Primary Responsibilities

CI/CD Pipeline ManagementDesign, implement, and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelinesAutomate testing, building, and deployment processes to ensure rapid and reliable software deliveryInfrastructure as Code (IaC)Use tools like Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormation to manage infrastructure programmaticallyMaintain version-controlled infrastructure for consistency and scalabilityMonitoring and LoggingSet up and manage monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) to ensure system health and performanceImplement alerting systems to proactively detect and resolve issuesCloud and ContainerizationDeploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)Use containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like KubernetesSecurity and ComplianceIntegrate security practices into the DevOps lifecycle (DevSecOps)Conduct vulnerability scans, manage secrets, and ensure compliance with industry standardsCollaboration and SupportWork closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflowsProvide support for development environments and troubleshoot deployment issuesPerformance OptimizationAnalyze system performance and implement improvements to reduce latency and increase throughputComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications

B.Tech/MCA (16+ years of formal education, correspondence courses are not relevant)6+ years of work experience in Product companiesSolid hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, etc.)Experience in deploying scalable solutions to complex problems, from defining the problem, implementing the solution, and launching the new product successfullyKnowledge of Statistics, Machine Learning Models, Model Deployment, Generative AIKnowledge of networking concepts, DNS, load balancing, and firewallsExposure to agile development processProven proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecksProven excellent communication, writing and presentation skillsDesire to be proactive and work towards implementing

Preferred Qualifications
