Job Description

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills. Roles & Responsibilities · Last one and half year into Production Support & Monitoring (ServiceNow, Splunk)- Provide expert-level production support for Salesforce applications, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring timely resolution. · Leverage Splunk for analyzing Salesforce logs, identifying performance bottlenecks, and proactively monitoring system health and integration failures. · Perform root cause analysis for production incidents and implement preventative measures. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure system stability. Deployment & Version Control (Jenkins, GitHub, GitHub Desktop, Beyond Compare): · Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for automated Salesforce deployments across environments. · Utilize Git and GitHub for source code control, branching strategies, and collaborative development. · Effectively use GitHub Desktop for managing local repositories, commits, and pull requests. · Employ Beyond Compare or similar diff/merge tools for code reviews, conflict resolution, and comparing metadata across environments. · Ensure proper release management practices, including versioning, packaging, and deployment best practices. · Created modern Enterprise Lightning Apps combining Lightning · Worked on customization of standard and custom objects. · Design System, Lightning App Builder and Lightning Component features. · Tested apps by appending multiple components to a Lightning Application thereby deployed Applications from Sandbox to Production . · Used refined global search in Lightning by developing Apex classes and Controllers. · Used SOQL and SOSL statements within Governor Limits for data manipulation needs of the application using platform database objects. · Worked on validation rules and approval process . · Worked on workflow rules . · Developed Test Classes for code Coverage . · Worked on deploying using change sets and Jenkins and SFDX . · Working on support issues & Giving clarification to the users · Involved in daily standup meetings, Scrum . This resulted to bring good solution to the business requirement. Qualifications Post Graduate in Master of Computer Applications (or related field) 6 years of relevant work experience Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Show more Show less
