What You'll Build

• AI-powered conversational agents (

Responsibilities

Development (60%)

• Design and implement

  scalable microservices

  using Node.js and Python
• Build and maintain

  React and Next.js frontends

• Integrate LLMs and AI models

  to power intelligent features
• Implement

  real-time systems

  using WebRTC and voice frameworks
• Write

  clean, testable, and well-documented code

Technical Leadership (25%)

• Own

  end-to-end architecture

  and system design decisions
• Review code and

  mentor junior developers

• Define technical roadmaps

  and

  sprint plans

• Collaborate closely with the product team

  on feature prioritization

Quality and Operations (15%)

• Write and maintain

  comprehensive test suites

• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting

• Manage deployments and CI/CD pipelines

• Debug production issues

Requirements

Must Have Skills

• 3+ years

  building production APIs using

  Node.js or Python

• 2+ years

  working with

  React / Next.js

  using

  TypeScript

• Strong experience with SQL databases

  , especially

  PostgreSQL

  and query optimization
• Experience designing and consuming

  REST APIs at scale

• Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD tools

  (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Strong

  problem-solving skills

  with solid

  DSA fundamentals

• Experience integrating

  LLMs

  prompt engineering
