Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in system architecture and end-to-end product development . The ideal candidate has worked in fast-paced startup environments and has played a critical role in building scalable, high-impact products from the ground up . In this role, you will take ownership of architectural decisions, contribute across the tech stack, and lead the development of robust, cloud-native web applications. Key Responsibilities Architect and develop high-performance , scalable , and secure web applications. Lead design discussions and define technical direction based on product goals. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and DevOps teams to deliver quality software. Maintain a high standard of code quality , test coverage , and documentation . Perform code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers. Drive adoption of engineering best practices across the team. Manage cloud infrastructure and deployments using AWS services. Ensure high system reliability, performance, and scalability in production. Required Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of hands-on software development experience. Strong architectural skills with experience designing distributed systems and APIs. Startup experience or demonstrated ability to work in lean, fast-paced environments. Product development experience : built, scaled, or owned critical features of a live product. Proficiency in: Backend : Python, Django Frontend : JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Angular Deep understanding of RESTful APIs , microservices , and web fundamentals . Experience with AWS services : EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, etc. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines , Docker , Git , and Agile methodologies.
