Optimize resumes for ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) by incorporating relevant keywords and formatting standards. Tailor content, tone, and structure to align with specific job roles and industry expectations. Deliver high-quality, personalized resumes within tight turnaround times. Maintain consistency in formatting, grammar, and professional presentation. Requirements Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Resume Writer, ideally in a recruitment or IT staffing context.
