Key Responsibilities

Craft, edit, and enhance resumes for IT professionals across various domains such as Development, QA, Cloud, DevOps, and Data.
Collaborate closely with recruiters and candidates to gather accurate career information and achievements.
Optimize resumes for
ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
by incorporating relevant keywords and formatting standards.
Tailor content, tone, and structure to align with specific job roles and industry expectations.
Deliver high-quality, personalized resumes within tight turnaround times.
Maintain consistency in formatting, grammar, and professional presentation.

Requirements

Minimum
3 years of professional experience
as a Resume Writer, ideally in a recruitment or IT staffing context.
Strong command of written English, including grammar, syntax, and professional tone.
In-depth knowledge of technical roles, skills, and terminology across the IT domain.
Familiarity with modern resume formats and personalization strategies.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications
