We are seeking a Senior Software Delivery Manager to lead our delivery operations from Chennai, ensuring our global client projects are executed with precision, agility, and excellence.

Role Overview

The Senior Software Delivery Manager will oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise software programs across multiple clients and teams. This role requires a strong technical and managerial background, with the ability to align business objectives with engineering outcomes, manage distributed delivery teams, and ensure world-class client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software platforms for U.S. and APAC clients in insurance, fintech, and cloud management domains.

Oversee multi-disciplinary teams (engineering, QA, DevOps, and support) across onshore/offshore models.

Establish and maintain Agile delivery governance, performance dashboards, and progress reporting to clients.

Collaborate with product owners, architects, and client executives to translate business goals into actionable delivery plans.

Drive adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native delivery models.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for multiple ongoing projects.

Ensure delivery quality and compliance with ISO/SOC 2 standards where applicable.

Build a high-performing delivery organization through coaching, mentoring, and process improvement.

Partner with business development teams to support solution planning, pre-sales, and client onboarding.

Continuously identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for delivery optimization.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

10–15 years of progressive experience in software delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.

Proven success in managing enterprise-grade software or SaaS products in Agile/DevOps environments.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Experience in managing remote and hybrid delivery teams.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP®, CSM®, or SAFe® Agile certifications.

Background in insurance technology, financial platforms, or enterprise digital modernization.

Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and ServiceNow.

Exposure to U.S. client delivery models and compliance-driven projects.
