Senior Software Delivery Manager

As a Senior Software Delivery Manager at Tenacitics Inc., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise software programs for clients in insurance, fintech, and cloud management domains. Your responsibilities will include leading end-to-end delivery, overseeing multi-disciplinary teams, establishing Agile delivery governance, collaborating with stakeholders, driving DevOps practices, managing budgeting and resource allocation, ensuring delivery quality and compliance, building a high-performing delivery organization, and identifying opportunities for optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software platforms for U.S. and APAC clients in insurance, fintech, and cloud management domains. - Oversee multi-disciplinary teams (engineering, QA, DevOps, and support) across onshore/offshore models. - Establish and maintain Agile delivery governance, performance dashboards, and progress reporting to clients. - Collaborate with product owners, architects, and client executives to translate business goals into actionable delivery plans. - Drive adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native delivery models. - Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for multiple ongoing projects. - Ensure delivery quality and compliance with ISO/SOC 2 standards where applicable. - Build a high-performing delivery organization through coaching, mentoring, and process improvement. - Partner with business development teams to support solution planning, pre-sales, and client onboarding. - Continuously identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for delivery optimization. Required Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. - 10-15 years of progressive experience in software delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role. - Proven success in managing enterprise-grade software or SaaS products in Agile/DevOps environments. - Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). - Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills. - Experience in managing remote and hybrid delivery teams. Preferred Qualifications: - PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agile certifications. - Background in insurance technology, financial platforms, or enterprise digital modernization. - Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and ServiceNow. - Exposure to U.S. client delivery models and compliance-driven projects.
