Senior SEO Specialist

Throttll is seeking an analytical, results-driven, and experienced Senior SEO Specialist to lead and execute the organic search strategy. This is a crucial, full-time role based in Jaipur, where you will own the end-to-end SEO process, from advanced technical audits and content strategy to performance reporting - ensuring our product achieves maximum visibility and drives qualified organic leads globally.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & On-Page SEO Leadership

Audit & Strategy: Define and champion the overall SEO strategy, conducting advanced technical SEO audits (crawl budget, site architecture, core web vitals, indexation) to identify and resolve critical barriers to growth.

Implementation Oversight: Work closely with Software Engineers and Product Managers to ensure the timely and correct implementation of technical SEO features (structured data, schema markup, site speed improvements, Hreflang).

On-Page Optimization: Lead comprehensive on-page optimization efforts, including optimizing key landing pages, improving internal linking structure, and ensuring content relevance and topical authority.

Content & Keyword Strategy

Data-Driven Planning: Conduct deep, strategic keyword research to identify high-intent search gaps and opportunities relevant to the B2B SaaS lifecycle.

Content Guidance: Collaborate with the Content and Marketing teams to develop a content calendar and provide definitive SEO briefs, ensuring all new content is optimized for Zero-Click Searches, featured snippets, and sustained organic rankings.

Competitor Analysis: Rigorously monitor and analyze competitor SEO strategies and ranking changes to maintain a competitive edge.

Performance & Reporting

Data Analysis & Reporting: Own the reporting of all organic search performance metrics (rankings, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI). Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.

Tool Mastery: Utilize expert-level knowledge of SEO platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs) to monitor performance, diagnose issues, and forecast results.

Iteration & Validation: Use quantitative data to validate SEO initiatives and drive continuous, iterative improvements across the site.

Requirements

Proven Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in an SEO role, with at least 2 years focused specifically on B2B or complex Enterprise SaaS products.

Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of advanced technical SEO concepts and tools. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript's impact on crawling/rendering, and server-side factors.

Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze large data sets, identify root causes of performance shifts, and articulate data-driven recommendations clearly and persuasively to non-SEO stakeholders.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur for in-office preference.

Collaboration: Proven ability to thrive in a distributed Agile environment, partnering effectively with Engineering and Product teams.
