Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEO Team Leader to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of proven experience in an IT agency, a strong track record of managing international SEO campaigns, and a knack for leading and mentoring a team. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and achieve client business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO specialists, fostering a positive and productive team environment. Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for international clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives. Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits. Oversee on-page and off-page optimization efforts, including content strategy, link building, and schema markup. Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. Prepare and present detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an SEO role within an IT or digital marketing agency. Demonstrated experience handling and managing international clients. Proven team leadership and management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to clients. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google's suite of tools.
