About the Role:

SEO Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings, visibility, and organic traffic.
  • Optimize for

    AI and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

    to ensure brand visibility on conversational AI platforms (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Bing Copilot, etc.).
  • Conduct

    geo-targeted SEO campaigns

    to improve visibility in specific countries, regions, and languages.
  • Perform

    keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitor benchmarking.

  • Manage on-page SEO

    : meta tags, headings, internal linking, schema markup, image optimization, etc.
  • Implement and maintain

    technical SEO best practices

    — Core Web Vitals, site speed, crawlability, and indexing improvements.
  • Collaborate with content writers to develop SEO-optimized content aligned with the latest search intent and E-E-A-T guidelines.
  • Perform

    off-page SEO

    : backlink acquisition, guest posting, and digital PR campaigns.
  • Analyze SEO performance using tools like

    Google Analytics 4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Surfer SEO.

  • Prepare and present monthly SEO reports

    and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Stay up to date with

    Google algorithm updates, AEO advancements, and local GEO ranking factors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of

    Search Engine Algorithms

  • Knowledge of

    Google SGE (Search Generative Experience)

    and how AI is changing SEO.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (especially WordPress).
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience optimizing for

    multi-location and multilingual websites
