We’re looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager who can lead our marketing team, plan and execute high-performing campaigns, and manage client relationships effectively. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Digital Marketing team, ensuring smooth coordination and performance delivery. Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive conversions and ROI. Create and manage content calendars for multiple clients across industries. Develop and implement 360° digital strategies — from concept to execution. Oversee social media management and ensure consistent brand presence. Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights. Handle client communication and coordination to understand goals and deliver solutions. Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently to achieve maximum ROI. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing management with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media management. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Experience in managing multiple client accounts and marketing budgets. Ability to create strategies and ensure successful implementation within deadlines.
