Senior SEO Executive

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Senior SEO Executive who will lead our organic growth strategy. This role is critical to increasing our online visibility, driving high-intent traffic, and accelerating ranking and leads for our sales funnel. You’ll work closely with content, product, and marketing teams to dominate search rankings in the HR tech space.

Responsibility

• Own and execute the entire SEO strategy (on-page, off-page & technical) for factoHR.com and landing pages.
• Perform comprehensive keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Drive organic traffic growth through content optimization, structured data, technical audits, and backlink strategies.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create SEO-optimized articles, product pages, and blogs.
• Analyze, monitor, and report key SEO KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Google algorithm updates and industry best practices.
• Work with web developers to implement technical improvements such as Core Web Vitals, crawlability, and site architecture.

Skills Required

• 2.5+ years of SEO experience, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or HR tech domains.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and search trends.
• Ability to create and execute content strategies that drive qualified organic traffic.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: Experience with HubSpot, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and Webflow/WordPress.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record of increasing organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• SEO certifications (Google, Moz, HubSpot, etc.) will be an added advantage.
