Senior SEO Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-intent, high-volume keywords for organic growth
• Optimize on-page SEO elements, including meta tags, headers, internal linking, content structure, and UX signals
• Plan and execute off-page SEO strategies, including ethical link-building, to improve domain authority
• Perform technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexing, schema markup, site speed, and mobile-first optimization
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
• Track rankings, traffic trends, conversions, and SEO KPIs, and recommend data-driven improvements
• Collaborate with content teams to create and optimize SEO-friendly content aligned with search intent and best practices
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify ranking gaps, content opportunities, and backlink strategies
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports highlighting wins, gaps, trends, and optimization priorities
• Lead and execute SEO strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives

Job Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in SEO with demonstrated organic growth outcomes
• Strong hands-on experience across keyword research, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Proficiency with SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices
• Ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make informed optimization decisions
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple SEO initiatives simultaneously
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for on-page SEO implementation
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and content optimization workflows

Preferred Skills

• Experience with schema markup, site speed optimization, and mobile-first indexing
  • Background in content marketing and SEO-led content strategy • Up-to-date knowledge of evolving SEO trends and algorithm updates
