Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through targeted outbound channels.
• Conduct comprehensive research to build, maintain, and update a high-quality lead database.
• Engage with prospects to understand their IT service requirements and business needs.
• Schedule and coordinate discovery calls for the sales team.
• Drive value-based conversations to uncover client requirements and align solutions effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and communications using CRM tools.
• Consistently achieve or exceed defined OKRs such as discovery calls scheduled, qualified leads created, etc.
• Build and maintain a repository of best practices, competitor analysis, and market insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation or business development within the IT services sector.
• Proven experience working with international markets such as the USA and EMEA regions.
• Strong experience in engaging and communicating with global enterprise accounts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Zoho, Odoo, or similar platforms.
• Flexibility to work in varied time zones, including night shifts, as required.
