Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Professional located in Delhi, India, with some flexibility to work from home. The Senior Sales Professional will be responsible for generating sales leads, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and negotiating contracts. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize sales efforts. The role also involves regular client meetings, both virtual and in-person, to ensure client satisfaction and long-term business growth.

Qualifications

• Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
• Experience in developing sales strategies and conducting market research
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Experience in the technology or remote staffing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
