Senior Sales Manager – Influencer Marketing
About Us: The Popcorn Media is a leading influencer marketing and Production agency based out in Gurgaon, helping brands scale with ROI-driven campaigns.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing sales leader to own new client acquisition and key account growth in Delhi NCR & Bengaluru. You’ll be responsible for building a strong pipeline and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, pitch, and close new brand accounts in your region.
- Own full sales cycle from outreach to negotiation, contracting, and collections.
- Develop proposals in collaboration with creator and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM.
- Build long-term client relationships for repeat business
Requirements:
- 3–7 years in Media/influencer/agency sales.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation skills and understanding of influencer pricing models.
- Fluent in English and regional language.
- Network in categories like BFSI, D2C, Auto, Gaming, Tech preferred.
Location: Bengaluru and Delhi NCR
