Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Malaysia sales operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, market knowledge, and the ability to drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed goals.

Identify new market opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand our customer base.

Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align business strategies.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Requirements:

Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in Sales

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an advantage.

Willingness to travel within Malaysia and internationally when required.
