Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Malaysia sales operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, market knowledge, and the ability to drive sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed goals. Identify new market opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand our customer base. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
