Sales Manager

The Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team's potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Developing sales strategies and plans: A sales manager is responsible for developing sales strategies and plans that align with the company's goals and objectives. This includes setting sales targets and budgets, identifying new sales opportunities, and determining pricing strategies.

2. Managing the sales team: The sales manager is responsible for managing the sales team, which includes hiring and training sales representatives, setting sales targets and goals, and monitoring their performance. They should also provide leadership and motivation to the team to ensure they are meeting their targets.

3. Monitoring market trends: The sales manager should stay updated on the latest market trends, including new products, technologies, and techniques. They should also analyze the competition's sales strategies and use this information to develop their own strategies.

4. Maintaining customer relationships: The sales manager should work closely with customers to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. They should provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.

5. Analyzing sales data: The sales manager should analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. They should also develop reports and presentations to illustrate the performance of the sales team and provide recommendations for improvement.

6. Collaborating with other departments: The sales manager should work closely with other departments, such as marketing, research and development and finance, to ensure their sales strategies align with the overall goals of the company.
