Job Description:

He/she will be responsible for real estate sales, revenue strategies, and marketing. The prime role is to sell high-end luxury/premium residential and commercial projects. The role involves building and preserving trusting relationships with our premier customers. Responsibilities include end-to-end sales management - from lead generation, client meetings, site visits, to final closure. This includes creating research reports as per clientneeds and suggesting the perfect project for their requirements. Customer service, and multitasking skills are essential. Ability to multitask, Ability to lead while working collaboratively and independently is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end sales management: lead generation, client meetings, site visits, negotiation, and closure.
  • Perform regular client meetings & site visits.
  • Implement sales strategies for targeted revenue.
  • Achieve sales targets for all Residential & Commercial Projects (apartments, township, and commercial).
  • Identify potential customers, engage with them regularly, and convert leads.
  • Effectively close client transactions directly, i.e., a successful direct selling career.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge about the real estate environment in the city, propertybuying cycle.
  • Be aware of government policies, bylaws, processes & transaction procedures.
  • Stay updated on new projects in the city and prevailing prices in various localities.
  • Use analytics-driven insights to act according to key parameters such as conversion
  • rate, leads-to-meetings ratio, and meetings-to-site visits ratio.
  • Maintain a polished, well-groomed, and pleasing personality to achieve monthly targets and uphold the company's positive image.
  • Liaise between customers and the company to provide up-to-date service, pricing, and new product information.
  • Report sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant real estate sales experience (apartments, township, and commercial).
  • Graduation or MBA preferred.
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales process from lead generation to closure.
  • Ability to handle walk-in and digital leads efficiently. Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Knowledge of real estate trends and customer behavior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
