Job Description

1) Job Title : Human Resources Manager Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Human Resources Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, data management, and supporting HR processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Draft and post job vacancies on various online portals and platforms as per organizational requirements Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates based on job descriptions Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates and relevant team members Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit in terms of communication, attitude, and alignment with company culture Maintain a recruitment tracker with status updates for each open position Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications Handle candidate documentation, reference checks, and pre-joining formalities Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters Maintain records of all applications and interviews for audit and reporting purposes Other HR duties like handling attendance, employee database, organizing activities, updating HR reports and formats etc. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field 2–5 years of HR experience Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills Proficient in MS Excel and HR systems Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
