Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking Typist / Data Entry Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing speed and accuracy in both Hindi and English, with a basic understanding of office documentation and computer operations. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to start or grow their career in administrative and clerical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Typing official documents, letters, and reports in Hindi and English
• Performing data entry tasks and updating records in digital formats
• Preparing and formatting documents as per internal standards
• Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all typed information
• Assisting in day-to-day office work and clerical tasks
• Coordinating with office staff for timely submission of documents

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proficient in Hindi & English typing (good speed and accuracy is a must)
• Knowledge of MS Office tools like Word, Excel, etc.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Good communication and time management skills
• Punctual, responsible, and dedicated towards work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
